この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Calenk（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本規約に同意した上で本サービスを利用するものとします。
1. 適用
本規約は、利用者と運営者（以下「当社」）との間の本サービス利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
2. アカウント
- 利用者は、正確な情報を登録する責任を負います。
- アカウントは Google / Apple ログインなどの正規導線で作成・利用されます。
- 不正利用があった場合、当社はアカウントを停止・削除できます。
3. サービス内容
本サービスは、共有カレンダー・通知・同期・課金等の機能を提供します。内容は予告なく変更される場合があります。
4. ユーザーコンテンツ
利用者は、投稿/保存したコンテンツの権利を保持します。当社は本サービス提供の範囲で当該コンテンツを利用できます。
5. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 第三者の権利侵害
- 不正アクセス、スパム、サービス妨害
- 本サービスの不正利用
6. 料金・課金
有料プランはアプリストアの課金ルールに従います。自動更新の解約は各ストアの設定から行います。返金は各ストアの規約に従います。
7. 免責
本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、完全性・正確性・可用性について保証しません。当社は、利用によって生じた損害について、法令で許容される範囲で責任を負わないものとします。
8. 利用停止・終了
当社は、必要に応じて利用者の利用を停止または終了できます。
9. 規約の変更
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示された時点で効力を生じます。
10. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約の準拠法および裁判管轄は、当社の所在地の法令および裁判所とします。

Accounts and Service
You are responsible for accurate account information. The Service provides shared calendars, notifications, sync, and billing features. We may change the Service without notice.
User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to operate the Service. You must not violate laws, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, or misuse the Service.
Fees, Disclaimer, and Termination
Paid plans follow app store billing rules. The Service is provided "as is." We may suspend or terminate access if needed.
