Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Calenk account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Use the account deletion option in the Calenk app when available. If you cannot access the app, email support@calenk.com from the address associated with your account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject.
What is deleted
- Account identifiers and login association data
- Calendars and events owned by your account, subject to shared calendar ownership rules
- Comments, attachments, invite history, device tokens, and sync credentials associated with your account
- Subscription status records retained only as required for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or store reconciliation
Timing
After deletion is requested, API access is revoked immediately. Data is generally removed after a grace period, and backups are removed according to backup retention schedules.
