このプライバシーポリシーは、Calenk（以下「本サービス」）の提供にあたり、利用者の情報をどのように収集・利用・共有・保護するかを説明するものです。
1. 取得する情報
- アカウント情報: Google / Apple ログイン情報、表示名・メールアドレス、内部ユーザーID
- カレンダー/予定情報: 予定、メモ、場所、繰り返し情報、リマインド設定
- 共有/コメント情報: コメント、招待履歴、監査ログ
- 添付情報: 画像/ファイルのメタ情報および保存データ
- デバイストークン: 通知配信用トークン
- 課金情報: ストア発行のレシート/トークン、購読状態
- ログ・利用状況: エラー/性能ログ、利用回数、端末情報、IPアドレス
- 分析情報: 利用傾向の把握のためのイベント（設定時）
2. 利用目的
- 本サービスの提供・運用・改善
- 共有カレンダー/通知/同期/課金機能の提供
- 不正利用の防止、セキュリティ確保
- サポート対応
- 利用状況の分析（任意設定）
3. 第三者提供・委託
本サービスは、Cloudflare、Neon、Expo/FCM/APNS、Apple App Store、Google Play、Google OAuth、Apple CalDAV、PostHog、Sentry などの外部サービスを利用することがあります。法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者へ販売・提供することはありません。
4. 保存期間
情報は、サービス提供に必要な期間保持します。アカウント削除をリクエストした場合、アクセスは即時停止され、原則として一定期間経過後に削除します。バックアップに残るデータは、一定期間後に順次削除されます。
5. セキュリティ
本サービスは、合理的な技術的・組織的対策を講じ、情報の保護に努めます。
6. 海外への移転
本サービスのインフラは国外に所在する場合があり、その国の法令に基づき情報が処理されることがあります。
7. 利用者の権利
利用者は、自己の情報の確認・修正・削除・エクスポートを要求できます。ご希望の場合はお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本サービスは、13歳未満の児童を対象としたサービスではありません。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更時は本ページで告知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how Calenk (the "Service") collects, uses, shares, and protects information.

- Account information such as Google / Apple login information, display name, email, and internal user identifiers.
- Calendar data such as events, notes, locations, recurrence, and reminders.
- Sharing and comment data such as comments, invite history, and audit logs.

How We Use Information
